Vampyros Lesbos è un film che fece la fortuna dello spagnolo Jess Franco (Jesùs Franco Manero il vero nome), regista cult dell’horror erotico che negli anni ’70 andava molto in voga al cinema. Dopo il primo film del 1970 Franco fece altri due sequel. Si narra la storia di una giovane contessa che seduce e ammazza altre donne dissanguandole.
Nell’album presentato sono presenti tutte le 24 tracce dei tre film di Jess Franco. Una traccia The Lions and Cucumber è presente anche nel film Jackie Brown di Quentin Tarantino.
