Ecstapoiësis, to find the poem for Vengodalmare, dear Marina, thank you for bringing it out of a grey cloud to your joyful earth. I’m honored and so happy you like it. And what is time, what ever could it ever be when your friend is reading Pizarnik’s poems to share with you to find you here sharing a poem I wrote with your friends. The wonder of it. I’ll type a prose poem by Alejandra Pizarnik here so you won’t have to click again. It is from “Uncollected Poems” 1962 – 1972, now collected in “Extracting the Stone of Madness” and translated by Yvette Siegert:

To Search

Not verb, but vertigo. Does not indicate action. Does not mean to go meet someone but rather to lie there because someone doesn’t arrive.
